I am once again joined by Chuck Conry and The Newsfinder General and we are here to discuss two of my most anticipated blu-ray releases of the year! First up is Synapse Film’s release of Countess Dracula and Grindhouse Releasing’s’ new three disc blu-ray of Cannibal Holocaust! That’s not all, we also have reviews for Massacre Video’s newest German splatter title Voyage to Agatis and the soon to be cult classic Wolfcop! There is also a 15 minute interview I did at Days of the Dead this past weekend with Adam Ahlbrandt, Natalie Jean, Haley Madison and Anthony Curry. It’s exactly what you ‘d think it is. Happy Fourth of July! America! WOO!
This week on the show we are back to our normal routine! We are reviewing films again! Crazy! This week we are taking a look at John Poliquin’s Grave Encounters 2, The Taint by Drew Bolduc and Dan Nelson and The Cemetery directed by our friend Adam Ahlbrandt! We also deliver Last Rites to Fabrizio Laurenti’s Witchcraft a.k.a. Witchery! We also find out while recording that this is not the first film in the Witchcraft series and I have it confused with two other films! Fuck! We read some eamils and give away another Mondo Macabro DVD away thanks to the fine folks over at DiabolikDVD.com!
We are sorry for the short show this week. We give a explanation as to why in our opening talk. This week we read our messages from Adam Ahlbrandt on our Cross Bearer DVDS! Prepare for the worst! We also have an in depth and fun as fuck interview with Rob from Wild Eye Releasing! We announce another DiabolikDVD and Mondo Macabro give away! Next week we will be back in full swing with reviews and Last Rites, if we can remember how! Also, the song at the end comes from our listener DeatRat because he bitched about not writing in an email…obviously it was his own fault.
This week on Exorcast we are taking a look at The Lost Realities of Hog Caller directed by Tom Richards sent to us by Wild Eye Releasing and Come And Get Me directed by Chris Sun which was sent to us by Alternative Cinema! It’s like the Aussie version of Last House on the Left! We have a hysterically fun interview with Adam Albrandt, Natalie Jean and Doug Sakmann from Cross Bearer! We also deliver Last Rites to Umberto Lenzi’s giallo Eyeball a.k.a. Secert Killer from 1975!
