This week Chuck and I talk about all sorts of things from what we’ve been watching and what is coming soon. Chuck also mentions Morbid about 32 times. We do however have a few reviews this week. Up first is Blue Underground’s upcoming blu-ray release of Man, Pride and Vengeance (a.k.a. With Django Comes Death) starring Franco Nero, Tina Aumont & Klaus Kinski directed by Luigi Bazzone. Then we have a look at Wild Eye’s release of the documentary Snuff: A Documentary About Killing on Camera directed by Paul von Stoetzel. This is not one that we recommend for everyone!
This week we tackle the 13 hour release of Severin’s The Video Nasties The Definitive Guide: Part 2 and Vinegar Syndrome’s Supersoul Brother (The Six Thousand Dollar Nigger)! Those are our only two reviews for this week but we talk at great lengths about all sorts of shit from records to things we have recently watched and purchased. Also, Chuck ruins the ending of the show and for that I apologize because he is a bastard.
This week we watched 55 (!!!) outstanding trailers from Severin Films with their new release of Grindhouse Trailer Classics on DVD. We also go to town on the first batch of Arrow Video releases for the U.S. which include Mark of the Devil, Blind Woman’s Curse and Day of Danger!
In this weeks episode we have reviews for Vinegar Syndrome’s Good Luck, Miss Wyckoff, Jess Franco’s Devil Hunter & Collar from Unearthed Films! Newsfinder goes on a rant about the Rondo’s and much more!
120 episodes…that’s just crazy! This week the Newsfinder couldn’t be with us because he had grown up things to do and we forgive him…this time. Chuck and I tackle Vinegar Syndrome’s blu-ray release of Punk Vacation, Mondo Macabro’s blu-ray release of The Slave and a little cannibal film from Severin Films called In The Land of the Cannibals directed by Martin Miller a.k.a. Bruno Mattei (who else?)! It’s a short one this week and I don’t even think I tell Chuck to shut up…weird.
This week on Exorcast we are back with some actual reviews! It’s a very short episode so I apologize in advanced. This week we reviewed Matthew Garrett’s Morris County from Unearthed Films, Dustin Wade Mills gore soaked Skinless and HI-8 (Horror Independent Eight) directed by Tony Masiello, Ron Bonk, Chris Seaver, Todd Sheets, Donald Farmer, Brad Sykes, Tim Ritter and Marcus Koch! Wild Eye brings us one hell of a true analog anthology!
This week we are back to pick on Chuck some more, no we don’t give his personal email out again, but if you want you can go back to last weeks show and get it. This week Chuck rants about something, I don’t recall what and Newsfinder goes off on one of the films. The films this week are Wild Eye’s newest DVD for Bill Oberst Jr’s Coyote, Blue Undergrounds blu-ray of Going Under and The Period from SRS Cinema.
Next week Rob Hauschild of Wild Eye Releasing’s will be on the show with us, so if you have any questions (pertaining to Morbid or not) please email them to Exorcast@gmail.com, hit us up on twitter or facebook!
